Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, and conveyors.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Assist in the design and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including log books and inventory management.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Red Seal Millwright certification.
- Excellent welding and fabrication skills.
- Technical expertise in hydraulics, pumps, motors, conveyors, shaft alignment, pulleys, belts, and bearings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
