Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and manage daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess daily operations and implement improvements as necessary.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand and sales potential.
- Product and Service Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be offered at the station.
- Pricing Strategy: Implement pricing and credit policies to maximize profitability.
- Marketing Development: Create and execute marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Staffing Needs: Identify and fulfill staffing requirements to maintain efficient operations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation for staff.
- Team Supervision: Oversee both office and volunteer staff to maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
This position is permanent and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The working language is English, and we offer free parking for our employees.
