Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our Exchange Software Platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, specifically in the financial industry, and will be responsible for architecting solutions, designing robust databases, and ensuring the security and reliability of our APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable and secure solutions for new features and projects.
  • Design Robust Databases: Develop efficient and reliable database structures for fast and scalable end products.
  • Ensure Security and Reliability: Implement secure and reliable APIs, WSS, and authentication protocols to protect our users' data.
  • Lead Development: Oversee the development of core components of the Exchange Software Platform, including the Matching Engine, FIX Gateways, and SIP connectivity.
  • Mentor and Share Knowledge: Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to improve their coding skills.
  • Review and Improve: Review other developers' pull requests and help improve their coding skills.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven experience of scaling up products to 100,000's of thousands of users while maintaining costs and security of infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Web Development: Expertise in the life cycle of web page/request, web concepts, requests, responses, headers, security, etc.
  • System Architecture: Extensive experience in system architecture through different layers, designing database structures for fast, reliable and scalable end products.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Extensive knowledge of different authentication protocols and good experience in implementing system to system authorization, SSO, SAML, OpenID, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills are a must for this role, ability to oversee different teams at the same time.
  • Education: Degree in computer science or equivalent.

  • Lean Startup Methodology: Experience participating in small, diverse teams that prioritize people over process, working software over documentation and responding to change over following a plan.
