Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team at Inspirations Montessori School.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the overall development of children.
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans.
  • Lead activities that promote creativity, physical activity, and social interaction.
  • Encourage children to express themselves through various forms of art and play.
  • Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Child Abuse Registry check.
  • Medical exam.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children.
  • Knowledge of Montessori principles and methods.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
