**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Surplus Electrical Equipment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
* Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
* Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth operations

**Supervision**

* Supervise 1 to 2 people or 3-4 people, depending on the team's needs
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 40 hours per week

**Requirements**

* College/CEGEP education
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
