Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our supervisory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of performance in terms of health & safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate all production activities in the thermoforming department, prioritizing tasks to meet production objectives.
- Supervise a team of 25 employees, maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Act as a coach and mentor, providing guidance and support to ensure skills development and employee growth.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure quality objectives and activities are met, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement performance standards and monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
