What We Offer:

  • $24.75 per hour to start, with opportunities for advancement to a top rate of $30.90 in 12 months
  • A $2 per hour retention bonus, paid at 6 and 12 months of service, up to an additional $4160 in your first year

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean commercial driver's abstract
  • Physical fitness to lift, stack, pull, and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with English fluency
  • Previous professional driving experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in various weather, temperature, and road conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain quality relationships
  • Manually sorting and unloading food products, and hand-wheeling them into customer locations
  • Operating straight trucks or trailers safely and professionally to transport goods and materials
  • Conducting routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing product delivery verification and maintaining customer invoices
  • Following health and safety and safe work procedures
