Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complete end-to-end solutions using GenAI capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design best-in-class technology solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver medium-to-high complexity initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain applications that leverage LLMs
  • Ensure code quality and best practices across the stack
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on NodeJS and/or Python backend development
  • 3+ years of experience using React and Redux frameworks
  • Familiarity with integrating REST APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges
