About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Guelph Hyundai, a part of AutoCanada, the largest publicly-traded automotive group in Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate quotes and work orders for repairs
  • Consult with technicians to provide options to customers, including information on aftermarket and OEM parts
  • Work with the parts department to determine availability and scheduling of future appointments
  • Monitor technician parts requests and provide quotes to Service Advisors
  • Advise customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience
  • Dealership advisor experience an asset
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with warranty functions in a dealership environment is helpful
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission required
  • Experience with Asian import brands is helpful
