Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems security and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their information systems security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that prioritize security and risk management.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize those risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure the highest level of security and quality.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure the continued success of their information systems.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of device drivers, networking hardware, networking security, servers, file management software, security software, XML, Java, and Python.
  • Experience in quality assurance or control, development, testing, and a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, proactive, and team player skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a sitting position and adapt to changing priorities.
