Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison with medical receptionists, patient care managers, and clinic supervisors to ensure timely patient service.
  • Provide constructive feedback for the development and implementation of service protocols.
  • Manage incoming communications and coordinate medical imaging appointments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients for appointment confirmations and rescheduling.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to all patients and healthcare providers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
