COMPASSION HOME CARE INC. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to provide companionship and support to clients in their homes. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, providing companionship, and assisting with daily tasks.

• Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Companionship: Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversations, playing games, and assisting with daily activities.
• Assisting with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Work Site Environment: Work in a non-smoking environment.
• Work Setting: Work in clients' homes.
• Tasks: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Possess a Certificate of Conduct and a First Aid Certificate.
• Security and Safety: Undergo a criminal record check and provide references.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: Will train.
• Language: English.
• Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
