About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading project teams, overseeing work allocation, timesheets, project budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients through various phases of the project to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare client presentations and present design concepts and drawings.
  • Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
  • Foster and maintain a collaborative professional working relationship with stakeholders.
  • Write reports and memos to consultants and vendors to issue changes and track resolutions.
  • Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations for coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings to help resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines, schedule adherence, and technical issues.
  • Participate in project reviews.
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner at all times, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • 5-12 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Possess a broad range of project experience.
  • Good leadership skills, experienced leading teams and providing mentorship.
  • Excellent design skills, creative and able to work through design issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent client liaison skills; some business development experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Revit, strong sense of design.
  • Strong sense of work ethic, a collaborative approach.
