Responsibilities:

  • Offer spiritual and emotional guidance to individuals, families, and staff members.
  • Coordinate spiritual health services and resources within the hospital.

  • Lead the recruitment and supervision of dedicated spiritual health volunteers.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Represent Spiritual Health Services at meetings and committees, advocating for the needs of patients and staff.
