Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team at Baba 365 Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Participate in the demolition of buildings and clean up the site.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment will be provided.
