Cementation Canada is seeking a Corporate Skills Trainer to join our team. As a Corporate Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Cementation project personnel are trained in their job responsibilities and comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of Cementation project personnel.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained and certified to perform their job duties.
  • Consult with project managers and safety superintendents to identify training needs.
  • Provide training and certification records to the North Bay Office.
  • Travel to project sites and offices as required.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in the mining industry.
  • Relevant college or university education.
  • Train the Trainer certification.
  • Ontario Common Core Modules certification.
  • Supervisory Common Core certification.
  • First Aid Training Instructor certification.
  • Advanced Rigging certification.
  • Mine Rescue Certification or Mine Rescue Instructor certification.
  • Working at Heights Train the Trainer Certification.
