Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in carpentry supervision is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide training or arrange for the training of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies for projects.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. This position is permanent and requires a commitment of 32 hours per week.
