Position Overview

We are currently offering a compelling opportunity for a Material Handler within our advanced production facility. This role is situated in a cutting-edge extrusion plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize mobile material handling equipment to package finished products effectively.
  • Identify and report any operational issues to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Measure and document product specifications at scheduled intervals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all material and scrap storage areas.
  • Assist in the setup and relocation of equipment within production zones.
  • Support the startup of production lines and ensure product quality meets established standards.
  • Construct and pack crates for pipe products.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with plastic extrusion processes is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
