About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at North Style Unisex Salon. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Care/Treatments: Provide a range of body care treatments, including facials, waxing, and relaxation massage.
  • Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service, providing product demonstrations and answering customer queries.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team of beauty therapists and salon staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty therapy role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
