Key Responsibilities

The Role:

  1. Diagnose and repair various security devices including alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, intercoms, and network infrastructures.
  2. Execute the installation of new systems and upgrades with precision to fulfill client requirements and expectations.
  3. Adhere to company and industry standards for quality and compliance with established guidelines.
  4. Address client inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service, offering recommendations to ensure optimal system performance.
  5. Maintain precise service documentation, including comprehensive notes and inventory management.
  6. Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts, as well as in attics and crawl spaces, with the ability to lift over 50 lbs.
  7. Must be capable of working safely in a construction site environment.

Required Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the security sector, with extensive knowledge of IP Cameras, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  2. Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing security equipment.
  3. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  4. Strong organizational capabilities.
  5. Self-motivated and an effective collaborator.
  6. A clean criminal record and a valid Driver's license are mandatory.
