Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Spiritual Leader to join our team in a correctional facility setting. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Spiritual Services: Lead regular religious services, including prayers, sermons, and other spiritual activities.
  • Administer Rites of Faith: Perform administrative tasks related to marriages, funerals, and other faith-based ceremonies.
  • Community Administration: Manage administrative tasks for our religious community, including office activities and correspondence.
  • Spiritual Guidance: Provide spiritual guidance and support to residents, including delivering sermons and other talks.
  • Security Clearance: Maintain a confidential security clearance to ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Correctional facility setting.
  • Security and Safety: Confidential security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
