- Cash Handling and Operations: Oversee the cash handling process, including managing cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely restocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cash handling or retail management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
