Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth operation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
