Job Title: Product Development CAD Technologist

ProSlide Technology is seeking a highly skilled Product Development CAD Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize industry-standard CAD software to create 3D models and technical drawings of waterslide components and systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Conduct rigorous checks and verifications on technical drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Product Designers and Product Engineers with product development processes and creative shape/light effects related deliverables.
  • Assist in the testing of waterslide prototypes with hands-on support to Engineers and Designers throughout the prototyping phase.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of technical documentation creation.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma in Engineering Technology or foreign equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a CAD/mechanical designer role, preferably in the field of product development or amusement park ride design.
  • CAD Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with the ability to create complex 3D models and accurate technical drawings.
