Position Overview

The role of a Steel Fabrication Specialist involves working with various metals to create essential components for marine structures. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience in metal fabrication is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and determine the materials necessary for fabrication tasks
  • Establish reference points and patterns for accurate cutting
  • Organize the sequence of operations to optimize metal cutting efficiency
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to construct various structures
  • Utilize welding or bolting techniques to join sections securely
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Language: English
  • Standard Work Hours: 35 hours per week
