Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spring Living. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Support residents with their medication management and administration
  • Engage residents in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
