**Job Summary**

Strescon Limited is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in setting up forms for specific jobs and ensure they are properly secured.
  • Rake and finish different types of concrete, including pouring, finishing, and cleaning.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other embeds in freshly poured concrete.
  • Remove product from forms, clean the work area, and reset up forms for the day.
  • Assist in loading product to storage yards, including setting up dunnage, rigging lifting hooks, and other necessary equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not available.
  • Ability to speak and comprehend basic English.
  • Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.
  • Willingness to follow the company's safety and quality program.
  • Good attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
