Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver. As a Speech Language Pathologist with VCH, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and counseling to clients and their families
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current full registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia
  • Broad knowledge of evidence-based practice and other healthcare disciplines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
