Key Responsibilities
  • Signal Safety Procedures: Ensure the safety of yourself and others by signaling safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Support Tradespersons: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, providing support in various maintenance and production tasks.
Work Environment

As a Millwright Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with various tasks and responsibilities. You will be required to work in confined spaces, noisy areas, and cold/refrigerated environments. You will also be exposed to odors and work in wet/damp conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Will train.
Physical Demands
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform various tasks.
