Warehouse Operations Manager

NT CASH CARRY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies.
- Work Scheduling and Requisition: Establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
