We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hines Health Services Inc. as a Travel Nurse in Obstetrics.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced obstetrics environment. This is a contract position, and the successful candidate will be required to work on a short-term basis to meet the needs of Alberta Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and quality patient care in accordance with facility standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Manage and prioritize patient care according to level of acuity.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Current CRNA registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA).
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with CARNA.
- Current Basic Life Support – Heart and Stroke (BLS-HCP) certification.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Proof of Rubella Vaccination.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in obstetrics.
- Current and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Charge nurse experience would be an asset.
- Competitive daily rate of $80-95 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Flights, accommodations, and food allowance ($75 per working day).
- Overtime pay.
- Paid travel time (up to 7.5 hours @ $50 per hour).
