Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at So Clean House Detailing. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our cleaning standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as bending and crouching.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and crouching.
