Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including bread, rolls, and pastries.
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights.
