Job Overview

As an Automotive Technician at Fountain Tire, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

Service Options

This position offers both in-store and mobile service appointments, allowing flexibility in how we serve our clients. Our mobile service provides the convenience of performing select tire services at a location that suits our customers.

Requirements

To ensure a smooth service experience, it is essential that:

  • You or a designated representative is present at the time of service to meet our technician and approve the services being performed.
  • The vehicle is parked on level ground with adequate working space on both sides.
  • Our service vehicle can be parked within a reasonable distance from the vehicle being serviced.
Important Information

All work must be conducted on private property, and it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary permissions for commercial or strata complexes.

Please note that if appointments are rescheduled or canceled after the designated time, a service call fee may apply.

Service Limitations

Currently, we may not have mobile services available in all locations. We encourage customers to contact us for more information regarding service availability.

Seasonal Services

We also offer seasonal tire change services, including new tire installations. Please confirm whether your tires are already mounted on wheels/rims and if you will be storing them with us.
