About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of merchandise, creating an exceptional customer experience, and supporting our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and sort donated merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
