Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about merchandise
  • Process returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
