Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Crop Supply Manager to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. The successful candidate will assist the Crop Supply Manager with all aspects of the Agronomy Centre operation, including agronomy/sales, data reporting/validating, bookkeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with agronomy/sales, data reporting/validating, bookkeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and human resources
  • Work closely with the Agronomy Bookkeeper to manage invoicing, claims, and reports
  • Develop and maintain strong computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Programs and Excel
  • Previous experience with AWSA and Tronia point of sales system is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Agriculture or Business
  • 5 years' experience in the ag industry
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent computer, interpersonal, and team skills
  • Salary commensurate with experience
