Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home-Based Childcare Assistant to provide nurturing care for children in a safe and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to child development and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking household
  • Work will be conducted in the family's home
Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities
  • Accompany family on trips, assisting with child supervision and household duties
  • Handle laundry, including washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and linens
  • Provide bathing, dressing, and feeding for infants and children
  • Maintain records of daily activities and health information for children
  • Ensure a safe and healthy home environment
  • Prepare and serve balanced meals
  • Assist infants and children during rest periods
  • Supervise and engage with children
  • Support the emotional well-being of children
