About the Role

Cascade Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanics (AME-M) to join our team. As an AME-M, you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhaul tasks in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhaul tasks in accordance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
  2. Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure all work tasks are performed in accordance with quality control procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Lead and Coach Junior Technicians: Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
  4. Document and Report: Ensure all paperwork, documentation, and reporting associated with a repair is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Comply with Regulations: Ensure all work tasks are performed in accordance with Transport Canada Regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), and other relevant regulations.
Requirements
  1. Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering: Hold a certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering approved by Transport Canada or the applicable governing body.
  2. AME License or Equivalency: Hold an AME license or equivalency.
  3. Experience: Have at least 48 months of experience performing AME duties.
