About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer at KLM ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following safety protocols.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring structural integrity.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications, maintaining site accuracy.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings, safely removing debris and materials.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring efficient site operations.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment, adapting to changing site conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working at heights.
