Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Punjab Property Developments Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a retail store environment with a fast-paced and dynamic team. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
