Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Supervisor to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Part Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
