About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Nourish Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
