Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate Creative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Creative to join our team at Elite Travel Management. As a Senior Associate Creative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and immediate response to client inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat
  • Share information with fellow Senior Travel Associates to ensure a united and consistent approach to client account management
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes associated with accounts
  • Ensure all client account information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Handle, document, and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone and email
  • Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing
  • Additional projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Full fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • ~ 5+ years of experience in Corporate Travel
  • Extraordinary time management skills, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to use systems and programs such as Sabre, Excel, Word
  • Successful Elite Senior Travel Associates are dedicated to delivering a personalized experience with a positive attitude
