Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at MONTANA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods and use computer equipment.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Term:
  • Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
