JOB OVERVIEW

Client Consultant | Emporio Armani | Full-Time

As a valued member of the Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing sales and delivering an exceptional client experience that embodies the brand's essence. Your ability to merge entrepreneurial flair with a passion for the brand, while upholding the company's principles and understanding the luxury retail landscape, will significantly shape the client journey.

In your role as a Client Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation of merchandising and customer relationship initiatives. Your active presence on the sales floor will enable you to cultivate a loyal client base, boost store performance, and enhance the brand's image.

To excel in this position, you will operate with integrity, maintain a strong collaborative spirit, and be results-oriented. As part of the team focused on driving sales, you will serve as a client consultant, share product insights, and provide the highest standard of service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred experience in a similar retail role
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Familiarity with technical tools for client engagement, such as CRM systems, is preferred
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is considered a valuable asset
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
