Position Overview

The Elk is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
  • Supply Ordering: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
