We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our deli department, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a high level of quality and safety in our food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the deli department, ensuring a high level of quality and safety in our food products
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of deli products, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a retail or food service environment, preferably in a deli or customer-facing role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
