Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Velour Beauty is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and goals
  • Manage and maintain Velour Beauty's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to develop and execute influencer partnerships and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains effective and competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
