Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at T PAHAL TRANSPORT. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Mountain Driving Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in driving in mountainous terrain.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized and a team player.
Work Environment:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work independently and make decisions quickly to ensure timely delivery.
